New from Pensacola FL

We just got a 2011 Four Winds Chateau 21 C. Looking forward to using it mainly the National and State Parks in FL, MS, AL and GA. Pretty easy driving. We are moving up from a 16 ft Casita which is a great camper but it is more difficult to crawl over my wife in the bed to use the head as the
years go on. We don't know what to do with the extra storage space but I am sure she will fill it up.

We are probably going to use a dolly to tow a small Saturn but still may rig it with tow bars. We have not had it long enough to have any questions but I am sure there will be many after the first trek.

Congratulations on the purchase of your Chateau 21 C. After we purchased a 40' it did not take my DW no time to fill it up. Browse the forums that interest you and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Hi Ed and Helen. Welcome! It's actually taking me awhile to fill my cabinets in our Class A. We moved up from a Class C. But it's nice knowing there is space if I need it. Enjoy your new Chateau and safe travels.

Howdy and welcome! Congrats on the new RV. Be sure to check out the towing section when you get ready to set up the Saturn. I believe many models can be towed 4-down. Have fun!

Good Luck with your Chateau. You are bound to have a blast. We tow a Saturn Vue with a tow bar like a breeze. We never go bob-tail.

Hi and

We moved from a 31' class C to 40' class A. Best move ever. Other than the rear closet we haven't come close to using all the storage space.

Hi Ed & Helen, welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your Chateau. Tow your Saturn 4 down and save pulling the weight of the tow dolly. You think crawling over you wife to go to potty was aggravating, deal with a tow dolly for awhile. Which parks to you like going to? Give me a PM and we'll get together for coffee.

Hi Ed and Helen. Welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy your new toy. I enjoy the weekends in FL, Al, Ms and La. Very nice state parks around here. Tough to get reservations but worth the wait. Sandestin area has to be close to my favorite, Topsail Hill and Destin Rv resort. Good Luck and enjoy. Howdy Neighbor!

Welcome to the forum,

My website describes the conversion of my Dodge B-250 van into a small RV. I deal with a lot of woodworking, but hope to be quite specific on solar as well.
