New from Seabrook Texas w/questions
We are Gene & Jacki from Seabrook, about to celebrated 40 years of Jacki putting up with me. It has been 30 years since we owned a 24' Layton travel trailer. We have a new 2018 Newmar Bay Star Sport, named Nelda. We travel these days with 4 rescue dogs rather than a 10 year old daughter. That is a new learning experience in itself. I have been trolling iRV2 for years and recently signed up since it was free.
I will probably have more questions. But please remember there are no dumb questions, just questions not asked.
How do you add a picture to your profile? I have seen the family photos , the manufacture nameplates, etc, but do not see the option on the profile page. I have looked and searched for an answer but have not been directed to the answer, so now I ask directly.
1) How do you post a photo with your profile?
2) Future question as they arise.
3) Still more questions in the future.

Hi Gene & Jacki! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Congrats on the new rig! Keep her between the ditches!
Click on the "User CP" in the dark green bar above, go to "Settings & Options", select "Edit Avatar". You will probably have to resize the photo as there is a limit.
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Near the top of the page click on user CP, down the left hand column you will see Edit Avatar, click this, now in the center of the page you will see a few avatars to select from, if none of those flip your switch continue to the bottom of that column and click use custom avatar and then click choose file and on your computer browse to the picture you want to use. Depending on size you may have to edit the picture.
2) Future question as they arise.
On the main menus line, first select which forum group you want to post in, Forums, RV Forums or Owners Forums, each will have sub groups to choose from, once you click on the sub group where you want to post, look below the advertising banner for the rectangular button labeled New Thread click it and post your question, give it a topic.
3) Still more questions in the future.

Hopefully others may be able to provide shorter methods for you.

Save your pictures to a folder. Under the input block next to "Post Quick Reply" is another button "Go Advanced." Click on it.
Scroll down and click on "Manage Attachements."
Follow the prompts.

Hello Seabrook Neighbors!
I am new here too and in looking around I saw a familiar town name! I lived in La Porte Tx for over 50 years! Just moved to East Texas 6 Years or so ago. Last time I was there it sure was noisey with all the trucks and Port docks going all hours. Congratulations on your plans to RV!
