My wife and i have been living in an rv for over a year now full time. our first rv was... a mistake but it was better than our previous living situation it was a 1990 Aljo 20x8ft nice enough, for one person.
we were constantly bumping into each other and starting to get on each others nerves. it had no slides and was poorly designed. our current rv is much better, but not without it's frustrations. its a 2018 keystone bullet ultralight 25ft with one slide out. it feels like a mansion compared to that old aljo. some may be happy to know that we found that old trailer a good home and sold it to a (single) friend for $3000 (we payed $4000)
I like my Bullet Ultralight but it has been one issue after another. First, the tongue jack stopped working (Fixed that a few days ago) than the water pump went out, Than the stove hood went out... than the bathroom exhaust fan, every time i cook the smoke alarm goes off, i swear that thing thinks steam is smoke.
My tow vehicle is a 2014 Ram 1500 (V6 if you can believe that)
Anyway, despite having lived in an RV Full time for over a year i feel like i am still new RVing and hope to learn much. I'll post about the issues this thing has in the Appropriate places.
