Hello everyone. I've just joined IRV2 after a few years of sitting on the side, reading the great info that all of you guys provide. I think that the first time I looked at this site was in 2000 when it was fairly young. I was just setting up to start Full Timing at the time, and the info and Tips provided here was nothing less than priceless. I went ahead and purchased a new 2001 Titanium 32EX 5th Wheel along with a 2001 GMC 3500 with a new (at the time) Duramx with an Allison Transmission. Since then, we've put on a little more than 100,000 miles on the truck and about 60,000 miles on the Trailer. We hosted a Campground in Kananaskis Provincial Park in Alberta for 3 summers boondocking, spent 3 winters in Texas, and 2 winters in Canada in the severe cold, travelled over most of the western areas, and are now moved in with my Father-in-Law in Manitoba to take care of him for the next couple of years.
I'm retired from the Canadian Army after 20 years, and am working running Bulldozer during the summer months. I'm currently off till next spring. If there's anything that I can help anybody with, then please ask. I am thouroughly enjoying the chance to sit down and become a member of this site finally. I'll be sitting on the side reading all the great posts until I return to work in the spring. Len
