New guy checking in
Hi everyone,
I've been trolling these forums for a while now getting information for my first rv purchase. Well, last week thinking I know what I'm buying, I finally pulled the trigger. I didn't want to spend a whole bunch of money in case I didn't use the RV a lot, so I ended up getting a cheap diesel pusher - in my case a 1993 rockwood 32 footer with the 5.9 cummins. It has a great layout, I really like the front door entrance; it fits my 35 foot driveway perfectly, and it was in really good shape home wise - only needing new wallpaper.
We're now in the process of putting in new wallpaper, and re-staining all of the cabinets, after which the rv should look and feel very clean.
I'll reserve my technical questions for the tech forums - as you can imagine paying under 10k for a diesel pusher comes with some surprises - but I will ask here, what was your first destination in your rv, and are there any tips you'd share for the first time out?

Welcome to the group-us Rockwood people are out numbered here. There is a yahoo group for Rockwood class A but not very active.
