New Guy from Nine Mile Falls

Hello Everyone: My name is Ron Woodward and I live just West of Spokane, WA in the small community of Nine Mile Falls. I have a 2005 Winnebago Vectra that we have owned for a little over three years. It has done very well, but it does have some issues from time to time. I just posted a thread on the forum, looking for anyone who has had problems with electronic door locks. The solenoid on my Vectra just keep cycling day and night. Whenever you unlock the front door or a compartment door, it immediately relocks itself. The clearance lights flash briefly each time the doors lock. Can anyone tell me when the fuse for the door locks is located, so I can pull it and then reinsert it and see whether that breaks the cycle? Many thanks.

Hi Neighbor

From the FT Spokane/2 Rivers area. Now in TX for the winter.I have an 04 Itasca Horizon. The door lock brain is located in the front left outside compartment ( the one under the drivers seat). Open the door, take your screwdriver and open the panel behind the door the lock controller is in the lower right corner.
You can unplug it and see if it resets. Wiring diagrams are here http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/Wiring.htm

The system was made by SCS Frigette they are no longer avail. There is much info on the forum and the net. I have some send me a PM with your email and I can forward.

Norm

Hi Ron! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you with us!

Sorry I can't help with your question. I would suggest that you might want to post questions over in the appropriate areas of the forum for better results. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Hi Ron:

I live just east of Spokane, welcome! In addition to the info rgvtexan suggested, you might call Johnson's RV in the Spokane Valley. They are good folks and may provide insight as well.
