New guy from Northeast PA

Hello all. I came across this site a few weeks ago and thought it was about time to stop being a "lurker".
In october we purchased a new-2-us 2004 journey 34H. This is our first MH but have been trailering for over 15 years. It has the 350 Cat 7 and almost every option that was available back then.
While camping is not new to us, the MH is really different. I really appreciate all the information I have picked up regarding the Cat 7 so far, i have never owned a diesel anything before. I feel so much like a sponge trying to soak up all the information I can.
We have been out a couple of times before the snow hit and are really looking forward to getting out again.
We will be towing our Goldwing for now, but plan on getting a tow dolly in the near future (more investigating coming up).
We are still quite a few years from retireing, but plan on getting a lot of use from it. With only 29,000 miles on it since 2004, I think we will get more use then the previous owner.
Once again, hello to all, and i look forward the experience on the road and on this forum.

Howdy and welcome!

We are from Lancaster County, emphasis on "from". Now fulltime.

May the journey also be YOUR destination

Welcome to IRV2. This is a great place to learn everything about a MH. I do a lot of work myself and what I can't do, I take to General Sales in Bloomsburg. Harry has a nice shop and great (Cat, Cummins and Detroit) mechanics. Good luck traveling.

Thanks for all the 'welcomes'.
Should have added that we are in the Wilkes-Barre (scranton) area.

My DW is working part time in Latrobe Pa. I spend summers in Pa. I like Raystown Lake and the cool mountain air. But winters are too cold for me.
