New Guy from Pennsylvania

Hello Everyone, I joined your forum several weeks ago. My wife and I are new to RVing and looking for our first coach. We have several friends who RV and are excited to start our journey. My wife is retired and I am semi retired and headed to the pasture. We have been looking at coaches and hope to get a good idea at the upcoming Hershey RV Show. We are looking at 35-36 ft DP's. Have looked at Tiffin and Newmar. If anyone has insight of these two brands we would love to hear your recommendations and experience with either. Looks like a great forum and we are looking forward to good info and good times . Thanks for listening and be safe out there.

Welcome folks, Tiffin and Newmar build good units. Newmar would have a small edge. Take your time looking and ask many questions along the way. Good luck shopping.

Welcome to the forum. The Hershey show is a great o place to look and learn. Take more than one day. Bring paper to take notes and take photos. We've been several times and it can be overwhelming. If something interests you, ask to have the slides pulled in. Coaches all look great when opened up. I've owned several brands including Newmar and Tiffin. I'm in a Tiffin now, and happy about it. There are problems with all manufacturers, but I've found Tiffin very responsive.

Enjoy the show. Maybe we'll run into each other.
