New here

Hi everyone...
i found this site a couple weeks ago when i was learning that i might be able to buy an older decent class A. I did get it 2 days ago, and did join up as a member.
I live in east central wisconsin, employed at BNA for 45 years. yup, about a year left til retirement. i have been a millwright in the maintenance dept there for the past 17 years.
My wife Malou and i do hope to get in several short mini vacations this year, most likely staying within the state or within 8 hours away anyhow. We like the spontaneity of just being able to get up and go.
my work schedule is 21 consecutive days, followed with 7 days off. so that leaves some decent travel time once each month.
I will be more than happy to pick your brains related to this rv and also how to avoid any pitfalls vacationing with one.
thanks in advance
Denny and Malou

WD next door neighbor practically...
BNA stands for Bemis North America.
for more than 50 years it was known as Curwood inc. but the white collar gurus wanted it changed i guess. they (we) make printed plastic film for food packaging. all your good stuff in the grocery store, (meats , cheeses) are probably curwood (BNA) plastic packaging.
