New here

Hey, new here , Have a 2002 Fleetwood Revolution bought from my Dad lastyear. Previous to buying it , I have logged 25,000 miles in this Motorhome. Been out west three trips , love the southwest. This summer went to Niagra across NY then to Maine back strait down 95, camped in NJ , Liberty Harbour RV , saw NY for 1st time , Would not trade my left shoe for a penthouse in Manhattan if I had to live there, but nice to visit. Am Orig from Boone NC area. At one time I had a CDL License, went to Maverick Trucking , realized how much I would be away from home so I hauled cars for Copart with a Class 7 roll back (4 car hauler) for a while . I do all my own maintenance on this RV , have been doing it for sometime for my Dad. Learned a lot messing with this RV over the years . Some of the things I have done in last year to the rv is replaced shocks, added front steering stabilizer , changed trans fluid and filters, changed oil three times . If you have ever been in a revolution or own one , you know how easy it is to crack your head on the TV cabinet just walking up the entry steps, so I removed it and did some mods to raise it a bit and kept the same look . Have done several plumbing and electrical repairs . Learned that if you have a bad ballast in one of the florescent lights ,it will cause the thermostat ( AC) to cut off . ( Weird) Also replaced the fridge ( Norcold) cooling unit . Got the unit out of Arkansas and did the work in about 8 hours . Anyway , headed to Montana in Aug ( I hope). Not sure where I will end up at but love to play it by ear so to speak and find those little surprises along the way .

Hi Darin! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! I bet you'll have her in tip-top condition very soon. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
