Smile new here and need help

Hi everyone. I found this sight a few months ago and then my computer crashed and I lost all my info. Then today I got an email from irv2. Okay I bought a 2000 keystone sprinter a couple of years ago and it has set in my back yard since. My husband got sick and then passed away. I don't have a vehicle large enough to pull it and even if I did I would have count on someone else pull it. BUT I do have a lake lot and will be setting it on that lot.

I do have a couple of issues I need help with. First when pulling it out of storage the corner got hit and now leaks. I have no idea what the best way is to fix it and the sky light in the bathroom leaks. The the hot water heater blows fuses the lights on that side don't work and the outside light melted the cover on it. I am sure that everything is related. HELP please. I try to fix things myself to save money so I am sure there is someone out there will tell me how to fix these issues.

I love to camp and was really looking forward to doing some traveling but gosh it is so lonely to go alone. I just don't want to let go of the camper who knows I just might change my mind and get me a big truck and travel with itl

The electrical issues are probably not related to the water leaks. Check all fuses and coach breakers. The outside light cover melted because it 12 volt bulbs get hot and melt the plastic cover. It is an ongoing problem until you replace the light with one that has a glass cover. The water damage in not something the average diy can repair without very good hand skills. But you can use our search feature to search for ideas and methods. Post up some pics and we will give more input. Good luck and welcome back. Condolences for your loss...

Hi Sharon! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!

So sorry about your husband! I wish I could help with your problems but you really need to have someone in your area look at it and try to help. It's gonna be really difficult for anyone to help you without inspecting it.

BTW, you will get much better results if you post questions over in the specific areas of the forum. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area so your responses will be limited. Enjoy the forum!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
