New here, but have been lurking for a while
Hi, have been reading the post on here for months and just joined a few weeks back. I'm the reader in the family so I try to read all the post even if they don't pertain to anything I need. I've read how to clean, repair and what to tow. We have owned a TT (26 ft), then a 5th wheel toyhauler (36 ft) and now for 2 years a motorhome (06-36 ft. Wind Sport), out of all of the above we love the motorhome the most. Hopefully I can retire within the year and my husband in the next 3 years. This site is great and I'll keep reading and passing on to my husband anything and everything that I have learned.

Welcome to the forum. I am addicted to this site. I go through the new posts whenever I get the chance. Since I am retired, that is often. I have learned so much from the people on here. My husband finally joined because he got tired of me telling him what was on here.

I see you are from NC also. Not sure where Pineola is but a few of us are trying to get a group together to camp every month. We would love to have you join us. This month we are in Asheboro and haven't made plans for November yet.

Pineola is actually a few miles from Grandfather Mountain, Avery County. Would love to do the camping thing but right now with my job I'm tied up with football every weekend thru November, one of the reasons I'm ready to retire because with football it ties up Sept. thru Nov. and sometimes Dec. I want to go camping when its not summer time and not so hot and crowded.

There will be plenty of camping in the spring. We like the mountains in the summer. 10-15 degrees cooler then Raleigh area. We found a place we liked in Franklin last summer and hope to go there for a month this next summer. Hope to see you on the road soon.

Welcome! So glad that you decided to join us. It is good to hear that I am not the only one that reads and relays the info to the husband. Hopefully after you are through with football season you can join the group of us that are getting together monthly.
