let me start by saying that my new wife and i are trying to get a rv or trailer as our temporary home as our house sells, my grandfather has a 197?somthing international powered class A RV about 26 feet i beleive. we have both looked at it but just visual, it has some problems and we also dont know huch about it,
the brakes is the main problem right now as saposedly when you press the pedal it goes to the floor, (now) i have not even looked and the mechanical side ot the thing, and im very acustomed to working on cars and truck but nothing this size, my grandfather has saposedly try to bleed the brakes both traditionally and with a power brake bleeder? and has failed all times, i dont honestly know if he (A)knows what he is doing, or (B) has even put and brake fluid in it...
anyone with any infomation please chim in we would like help on this as well as some other info about totally getting rid of the need for propane, and for upgrading the bathroom situation, like a bigger toilet or somthing,(i dont know what the limitations are as to why a normal toilet wont work, if somone could answer this for me, thanks!

Matt & Jodi, Welcome to iRV2, we are glad you have found us. First let me say that on an rv we try by design not to use a lot of water due to the fact that there are holding tanks. With this fact you can't use a normal house toilet. You will want to wait to dump the holding tank when it reaches at least 2/3 full so that all contents break down some and get pushed out completely. If you give us more info on the chassis we may be able to help with the brake issues on the rig. Good luck and keep researching on this forum. You can do a search for spacifics.
