Cindy and I are about to become new owners of a 39SKM. We are scheduled to take delivery sometime next week. We are very anxious and looking forward to the ownership. We have our home for sale and hoping to sell it soon so we can get on the road. If anyone knows of someone looking for property in East Tennessee (low property taxes, no income taxes) let them and us know.

Welcome to the Forum. The 39SKM sounds like an Excel ...I would like to invite you down to the Excel Forum if that is the case. I would also like to apologize for the forum's bad manners...people usually don't go a week without being welcomed.

Good luck with your new rig - and also with the property sale.

Took delivery on our New 39SKM so we only need to get the home front sold and we are off to enjoy living in the New One. Ofcourse our place has only been for sale for two years now but heck, who knows, maybe this will be the week to sell. Anyway, we are looking forward to becoming familiar with our new digs and style of living.

Welcome. I love East TN. Great bluegrass music, which I play, great mountains, and just a great all around place. Heck I am probably a little biased, I grew up in Madisonville, TN. Get the place sold and hit the road. We are spending the winter in Mesa, AZ, join us.

Welcome and congrats on your new rig. We are going to start looking at property in East Tennessee, the Seymour area being first. We want to retire there and it isn't too far off.

Wish we could interest you in our place. We really want to get it sold. We have been as patient as we can and it's wearing thin. Askinf less than we paid in 2006! It's a wonderful place, country charm and feeling but so close to everything.
