greetings,
my wife and i are new rv owners. the result of the wildfires in bastrop texas in september which burned everything we own except our 2 cats and 2 vehicles. we bought a forest river berkshire and are enjoying living in a home of our own again. In march we will be retired and starting to see the western part of the country. we are excited with the unexpected change of direction for our retirement. we can see there is a lot of good information in this forum.

First welcome to IRV2. This is a great place to get information and friendship. I am so sorry for your loss of home and belongings. Seems like the decision to full time was made for you. I do think you will enjoy the traveling after you retire. Don't forget the East is a great place to visit also.
