Hi!

My name is Laura and just joined. I have inherited a Spartan Royal Mansion and am trying to figure out what year it is and what to do with it It's on our property in Northern Minnesota and hasn't been used in 5 years. The old fishing guide who owned it retired from guiding and "gave" it to us. You'll be hearing from me soon!

Welcome Laura! Sounds like you have a fixer upper too. My hubby purchased a used RV cheap and is working on it. It is exciting to be able to feel no guilt ripping out anything I want to replace with something else.
