Thinking of buying a 1995 pace arrow with 48000 miles on it. Is this typical mileage. It has the Ford 460 with the banks. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Yes, low mileage. Couple things to look for. LEAKY ROOFS. Leaky roofs are a death sentence for RVs, so be careful with that.

Under User CP, that line is a "Files". Drop down menu has a "take with you when buying" list. Might want to print that out so you know what to check for.

If you buy, make sure before money is exchanged that they show you everything works. Levelers, pump, water heater, tanks, check all electrical outlets. Open ever cabinet, check under each sink. You get the idea. If the rig looks good, you think it is a fair price, then drive it and make an offer. Go low and maybe they will agree.

See if they have a maintenance record too. This will tell you if they have taken care of it. Ask for the record when you are there, not ahead of time.

Good luck!

By that model year, I'm pretty sure the old carburetor with the awful smog gear been replaced. We had an '85 Class C (26') with the carb-equipped 460. It got 6 mpg at sea level and about 4.5 at altitude.
