New Member from Tennessee! Purchasing 5th Wheel this weekend :)

Hello All!
I've lurked here for a while, and we've owned a Montana Mountaineer and a Jayco Bunkhouse model. Buying a new 5th wheel this weekend. We've been looking for several months now. We're somewhat limited, due to few RV dealerships in our area. We're torn between two models (and I'll ask this question over at general discussion forum as well..) We're either getting a 2010 Starcraft Lexion (355RESA) 38' in length, and it's actually MADE by Jayco (Initially were hesitant about Starcraft brand for a fiver until I heard it was bought by Jayco. Loved the quality of our old Jayco!) And the other option is a 2010 Grand Junction by Dutchmen, again 38'. They're both lovely and seem really comfortable. Actually, the king bed in the Grand Junction seems great! I did buy the RV consumer guide you guys often mention here. Seems like Dutchmen doesn't get great reviews. Starcraft so-so reviews, and Jayco pretty good reviews. Would love to know if anyone has experience with either of these models. Looking forward to getting to know you all, and Happy Camping!

Hi & welcome aboard. Your question might get more attention in the Trailers forum - not everyone reads the New Member check-in.

Can't advise you on a choice. Most times the floorplan does the selling, but welcome to the forum and good luck with your choice.

Thank you, gentlemen! We're still torn between a couple of brands of 5th wheels. Doing a little research before we sign on the dotted line... Still, excited to get it soon! I appreciate the welcome!
