hi!

My name is jim parsons, and i just joined. My wife and i have been full-timing for 13 years, and we do a lot of workamping. We own a 2004 bounder 35e on a workhorse chassis. Our home base is in florence, oregon. We usually spend about two months of the year in florence.

We are retired military folks, and are not "snow birds". We just go wherever sounds good. We do enjoy ghost town hunting. I am a ham radio operator (ke7omx) and my wife gina, is a quilter.

We would like to hear from anyone with similar interests, or other folks with bounder motorhomes.

No doubt you'll find many with similar interests to exchange ideas and tips with.

Spent most of my early formative years in the state of WA, but for a short time we lived just up the coast from you in the 'big' town of Tillamook. It's beautiful country and a gorgious coast. Once we're full time the Oregon coast will be on our 'to do' list.

Welcome jim parsons & wife to irv2.
There is a Bounder thread down in the Fleetwood forum for owners.
Plus there is discussions on the Workhorse brake recall if your not aware of.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

Welcome Jim & wife,
You won't mind of I don't mention that quilting thing to my wife. I'm afraid she would try and put another serious burn hole in my wallet. I'm looking forward to getting back out to the Oregon coast. Didn't have nearly enough time there last visit.
