New member Class A
Recently picked up an older Class A. 1994 Rockwood Bayport 24'. Very hard to find info about this unit due to Cobra going out of business in 95. It's just right for the 2 of us for now.... Should be a fun new chapter in our lives. Very glad I found this forum, seems like a great group of people with a lot of good ideas.

What's to find out.. The chassis engine and drive train are basically a truck, You find out who made them and you may be able to get manuals from them (or Chilton's books that fit).
The House part is walls, floors, Roof/ceiling and that is really all, Just like your sticks and bricks.
Then you get into TV.s Microwaves, Sound systems, Slide outs if so constructed, Toilets, Fridge, Water heater and so on and so on,, This list includes doors and mirrors no less.
Figure out the make and model IE: Super Nuker model 1001 Microwave
Google make and model and the word manual IE
Super nuker model 1001 microwave manual
Odds are there's a PDF on the web you can download, Careful shopping it is free.

Agreed , although some wiring diagrams and thing that some manufacturers are posting online(i.e. Winnebago) would be nice, yes all of the independent systems are easy enough to find info on... I'm an automotive mechanic at a dealership, so I like to see microfiche an other schematics, just because it makes me feel more comfortable... And I can look to see what's original and what's not.. either way, we love our little class A, and are enjoying every minute of it. Thank you to all on this forum, it is a wonderful place
