I am not sure as to what AZ law states as far as being a legal citizen of the state. If you live now in a state with lower sales and licensing costs than AZ, I would buy your coach there, as sales taxes are rather high here. You could also buy from a private seller and escape the sales tax if you went that route..
We are not full timers as of yet, but rather we have a home here and store our coach indoors year round as summers can be brutal..You should be able to find out about residency though on the internet..
