Hello All!
Just happened on your website recently and can't believe how useful it has been to me so far. We are new RVrs - just purchased a 2002 Dutch Star DP 40' a couple of months ago and trying to learn everything. We are looking forward to traveling abroad and seeing the great US of A from our new home. We live in very hot sunny Clearwater, Florida and have many opportunities to be weekenders until retirement in a few years. We will be visiting Fort DeSoto this weekend for our second time. If you are ever in our "neck of the woods" you must try and spend a night here - great county park on Tampa Bay. Driving lane is close to the trees limbs in several areas but well worth it. We look forward to making many friends and having tons of fun.

A BIG WELCOME to iRV2.
Wife and I are real fulltimers and spend quite a few winter months in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area since our son is in the Air Force at McDill. He and his family live over in Riverside but we've stayed quite few times at Bay Bayou (Oldsmar) and you're right about Fort DeSoto, VERY nice spot!! We've haunted Tarpon Springs alot, picking up fresh shrimp when the boats come in, and, we kind of enjoy spending time down around Johns Pass.
Glad to have you guys on board, and hope to meet you sometime down the road. Again.....WELCOME!!

We are also new Florida members, due north of Destin in the panhandle.
Recently purchased 2002 DP, First Motorhome. Fifth wheels and Travel trailers.
Small business owners, travel for fun, 3 boys, tag along girl friends, assorted critters. You never know what might come out of our coach.
Happy to see a great assortment of RV ers communicating. Look forward to sharing info & stories.
Headed to Foley Al for our first outing over Labor Day.
