Now just a doggone minute, that Minnesoooota thing is my line. Been using it for a while. OK, just kidding, go ahead and use it.

It's pronounced that way not because our teeth are chattering, (they are by the way), but that's how the Scandinavians up here say it.

You got that right, I've done a lot of cruising over the years and met a lot of people from around the country and I guess my long "O" is a dead give away. I'm always asked, so you from Minnesota? That's why I always use the Minnesooooota line
Yep we are either Scandinavians or Germans up here and guess what, I'm 50% of each.

Good for you, it's some beautiful country up here but gets a little unbearable in the winter months. I'm getting close to retirement and planning on spending those months in one of our beautiful (and warm) southern states.
