Hello,
We are new to the forum and new to the RV lifestyle. We recently purchased a 2011 Jayco Jay Feather 197. We wanted something small and lightweight. This has met our needs perfectly so far. We have one son and a Shih-chon dog. We jokingly say it's our new "dog house on wheels" because the dog needed a guaranteed place to stay when we travel. We got tired of trying to get cabins or hotel rooms only to be rejected because they don't allow pets! Our son also loves the new TT. He has been RVing since he was three, thanks to my sister who always invited him along on her trips. We've been on two short trips so far and are planning more. This forum has been a wealth of information which we really appreciate!
