Hello and thankyou for your warm welcome
my wife Helen and i have had an RV for the past 5 yrs, our 1st rv was a 1999 georgie boy landau 6.5td up until last august when we bought a 2006 monaco cayman, we loved our GB, we had some fantastic times in it,but the cayman is a world apart in some ways compared, as in the engine has now swapped ends the cayman is so quiet and we are really looking forward to our trip down to italy in the summer Cheers

Welcome in, is your Cayman a left or right hand drive?

Congrats on your new purchase. The Diesel is a lot quieter 40' behind you. Hope you like it more than your last MH.
Welcome Aboard!

I've spent many years driving in Great Britain & Europe, but never in a motor home there.
I can just feel and visualize the sensation you'll be getting from your new vantage point while traveling there.

when we got the cayman we had a long weekend in Edinburgh (Scotland) about 200mls from where we live just to get a feel of how it drives and familiarise ourselves with the electrics, slides, fridge,
etc and see how and make sure it all works

Hi and welcome here. My wife's family is from the York area, and I lived for about half a year in Great Yarmouth and for another half year in Farnborough.
How does it feel driving such a big coach through Italy? Don't trip over the Fiat 500's!

Welcome. My wife and I are both from Leyland, Lancashire. We've been in the US since 1968, mainly in Washington State except for 3 years in Tidewater VA.
