New member from West Virginia

Hi, new member from West Virginia. Iím considering getting a 10 to 15 yr. old Class C, hopefully a Chevrolet, in the 22 Ė 24 ft. size. Iíve done lots of camping over the years, tents, vans, pickup truck with cap (currently), and am thinking of moving up to something more convenient and comfortable.

I may be doing some alone travel, and sometimes with 1 other person, and some boondocking, maybe a cross country trip at some point. Iím wanting something smaller, for ease of parking, traveling back roads & tight spots, ease of finding somewhere to store it, ability to park on the street in front of my house at times, ability to pull in for quick rest area naps, etc.

In my quest to learn before buying, I joined several RV forums under this same handle, HighwayStar, one of my favorite Deep Purple tunes Ö so you may see a duplicate question here and there if you belong to other forums. Thatís if for now. Hope to connect with many of you.

Also: Iíve been trying to research the basic stuff, so that I donít post questions about something thatís been beaten to death, but it could happen - Iím new, so please bear with me.

Thanks for the welcomes. I'm still camping in the back of the truck, but hoping to get a Class C in the near future. I'm definitely reading and learning a lot here on the forum. Seems like great people, and great info.
