Hi Everyone,
My wife of almost 31 years and myself have been RVing most of our married life. Two years ago we bought a RV lot and last year we sold our TT and put a Park Model on the lot. Much to our surprise we really missed the travel so the newest plans are to get back into RVing. Our newest addition will be a MH, which we are considering the Aspect 26A. I am sure you will see me ask many questions in the future. We are from SW Wyoming and camped and RVed for years in the area so please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Thanks in advance for any help. Just my $0.02 WyKamp

Hi Again Everyone,
Thanks for the warm welcome. I have looked through the forum a bit and I think we will like it. I like the fact that we all have a brand in common, or the hopes to like us. I have been a member of RV.net (Kamper) for years and at times some authors start flame wars and being just down right rude. I really hate to see that, and just go away for a while. We all have information that we can share and learn from each other, I guess that is what has drawn us to RVing, most are easy going on screen as well as your neighbor next door.
To give you a little more history my wife and myself are now 49 years old. We were high school sweethearts and got married right out of school. Our only Son, now 26, is out of the house and our checkbook for the last several years. He is in Portland Or. and we like to see him at least once or twice a year. We really enjoy Oregon and our travels within. We have a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier that is 6 and she is a great traveler. RVing has always worked well with us, knowing what your bed and bathroom looks like is wonderful for us both. My wife is a lurker, reads alot, but will never post and is truly a wonderful lady, she has always been my best friend. We have some good years ahead of us that we will never replace, so that is how the new pursuit has come about, following our dreams while we can. If the gas prices put us in a few more rest stops along the way, then so be it.. We are saving for the future , but we are also living for today. I look forward to our exchanges. Sorry for the length. Just my $0.02 Ken

Welcome Wykanp, from one newbie to another. I just joined the forum myself. I'm sure I will have a few questions for you later on as we want to tour through your part of the country. Welcome from Texas.

Welcome to you also, 219!
Ken, my DH has said he thinks this forum is much friendlier than RV.net also. He has a chance to read both boards much more than I do - so I usually spend my available time here reading the new posts - as best I can. We love Oregon ..but have not made it into Wyomng yet.. so there may bequestionsto you regarding that area later on...
219...What part of Tx are you from? I know the weather is different all over Tx. which means you probably have a chance to go to differnt areas for different season..yes?
Anyway.. again... welcome to IRV2!

May occasionally happen here. However the moderators and members act quickly to quench those flames and remarks. That's what makes this the BEST site.
