Hi members. I bought a single owner 2004 Winnebago Itasca Sunrise 32V with a W22 Workhorse chassis a year ago. Purchased directly from the owner. No issues that I was not able to remedy myself except for this one:

What brought me to this forum is the extensive information regarding the A/C blowing warm air. Thanks to this forum I was able to diagnose the problem. My RV the heater coil vacuum control valve was not getting any suction in the vacuum line. This allowed hot antifreeze to flow through the valve to the heater coil while the A/C was running. I have traced the issue to the dash A/C Heater Mode Switch. I have vacuum to the switch, but that's where the vacuum stops. I am here to see if I need a new switch (pretty sure I do) and how to replace it.

On a different subject, I have designed several items for my 3D printer that have been very useful for an RV. I look forward to contributing these files for free to other members that also have access to a 3D printer.

We are glad you joined us. I suggest you call the Winnebago Help Line at 800-537-1885 and ask for their advice. They have helped me out on several occasions. I have read posts some time back where owners have pinched off the heater hose temporarily until they got the shut valve working correctly. I am sure it is hard on the hose and it should be checked after repairing the shut off valve.

Good luck;

Don

Welcome. Lots of good folks here with good info as you have already discovered. Sorry I can't help with the AC problem.
We look forward to your contributions in the future.
