Hello, we purchased a 1976 Midas Mini 228 last weekend. We are trying to locate and owner's manual or an electrical diagram for the outside lights. Help!

"Start with a web search engine like Google" ...that's where I found all my manuals and there will be more than one. On your lights, check the bulbs first, it may be as simple as that. Welcome to iRV2!
