See America in 6 weeks??? It has taken us 6 months to see parts of 7 states. In my opinion, you need to pick 4 or 5 areas (all within 1 days drive of each other) that you really want to see. I will admit to traveling slowly, but fuel costs dictate it. For us, RV'ing isn't about the miles you can cover, but the fun you can have.

I understand that, but we are a family with 2 kids in school so we are taking our opportunities when can. I'm a full time stay at home dad and my wife would travel with us for some of the time, and fly in and out as her business schedule allows. I'm sorry if I wasn't very clear before.

Scarlet...welcome to the world of Rving. glad you introduced your family....I have a plain jane 1996 34H bounder (no slides). This model would most likely be very stuffy to a 4 person family. I am thinking you might enjoy a Class A MH with one or two slides to expand your living space. It will help calm situations while moving about inside while docked. If you state the purpose of your upcoming purchase perhaps we can help you pick out features that might be helpful.....if you go further and offer the price range ....then we can talk year and models available.
