New member, old TV

I came upon this RV site whilst looking for pictures of '85 Wilderness TT's. Just bought and repared a 22L, 3000CL in excellent condition but rock guard graphics are gone, so wanted to know what they looked like. Did find a couple of pictures on this site, so, decided to stick around. Looks like I'll like it. Old TV is a '65 Chevy Van with 292 6cyl engine, built it in 1988 has towed TT's all over western USA.

Thanks, any idea how to post pictures on this site? I thought I followed the directions but it didn't work. (I'm 66, and miss the rotary dial phones and 1957 Dodges).

Howdy and welcome! To post a pic, click on the little yellow "postcard" icon in the reply box...it looks like a mountain. In the drop down box, paste the url of your photo. Like this...

I guess you found my photobucket pics. actually Salton Sea got bigger for a while and flooded old resorts. I think it might be shrinking again. I used to go there in the 60's when it was hopping. Sure had changed a lot when we were there in '05. It has become a ghost town lake. The little trailer is in an old subdivision called "Bombay Beach" located right on Salton, in fact when the sea elevation rose, they had to build a sea wall around it. There are dozens of old old mobile homes and trailers there, and people still live there. I have many more pictures that I haven't put on photobuckett. Behind the sea walls, there are ancient travel trailers that the salty sea is rotting and eating away, so cool.

Anyway, thanks for the welcome. Larry
