Hi there thanks for letting me join!! We obtained a "free" (yes I know) camper from a friend of mine and are in the process of renovating it. I found this site and I thought I could use some support and I love to learn new things.

Thanks everyone for having me!!

Lynnie

Glad you joined. A free RV may just mean a Vintage RV............yes??? The Vintage RV section here on iRV2 seems to be a wealth of knowledge on working on an older RV. After you get it done you'll be experts.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!! No it's not a vintage camper.. it's a 2006 FEMA... we are renovating everything but the bathroom and the bunks haha... So far we've removed all the walls, ceiling, and floors... we've removed basically everything to the stove insert at the bottom where the breaker box is... we've already replaced the bedroom floor, and caulked everywhere. We still have a LOT of work to do but now basically it's just putting everything back but BETTER! There was a lot of water damage/mold/rotten studs in the bedroom and all of that has been removed (and sprayed just in case). It's tested negative in there now.

Still reading a lot!!
