I found this website while searching for info on a steering problem. Was impressed with the quality of info exchanged by members.
My unit is a 1996 Monaco Windsor that has not been used that much recently. I plan to remedy that.
I'm willing to share info I have or find regarding problems and great service encountered along the way.
Some years ago I had a fickle problem with the Kohler propane fed genset, which stumped the local experts for a couple weeks. Happy to provide details if anyone has similar problems.

Thanks for the many welcome messages.

One new lesson learned - Last week I had my engine cleaned, after replacement of the AC compressor which spewed sticky Freon throughout. Apparently the degreaser caused an electric arc between two terminals on the voltage regulator, which cooked the regulator and connector. Fortunately the regulator mfg is still making the same unit and I had a productive discussion with the service tech. at HD Power Solutions. www.hdpsi.com They've seen this problem before. Replacement is on the way.
Lesson: Cover voltage regulator terminal connector before degreasing. Water doesn't normally cause this problem, but some degreasers do.
