New Member with 1st Diesel Pusher

Love this site. For someone like me who has no idea what to expect from a diesel pusher. This is our 4th MH (all gas before) so we have a lot to learn. We live in beautiful East Texas with our 4 dogs (Standard Poodles & a Fox Terror). There is a world of Knowledge here. I am a aircraft mech. that has never had a diesel, so I'm counting on you guys to educate me as we travel.

We are glad you joined us. Congratulations on your move up to a DP. Don't worry about the learning curve. It will all work out. Our current Horizon was our first DP . We purchased it used in June 2011. Best thing we ever did and we would never go back to a gas coach. I did study the Operator's Manual thoroughly. If you do have questions feel free to ask our members. They like to help when they can. Enjoy the forums.

If on a Freightliner chassis I highly recommend attending Camp Freightliner. Lots of good info. Well worth the modest cost and a couple days of your time.
