New member with Miramar 34.3 slide issues

New to the site - but not RVing. We are ten year RVers and on our third RV. I did research on the Thor Miramar 34.3 before buying, but wish there was more info on this rig before I bought.

Long story short.... Our 2017 Miramar 34.3 came with an antiquated 2 slide system instead of the 3Trax system advertised in the brochure as standard for the 34.3. The slide never worked properly. We purchased this brand hoping that the slide bugs were worked out (after all of the slide issues with the 2013/2014 Palazzo). We just can't come to terms why our RV had the older 2 track system installed and have sought third party advisement over the situation.

The dealer service manager has done a very good job at easing our fear - but still holding our breath. Now we need assurances that the work was done correctly, roller/track issues have been rectified and motors are correct torque for system. Tough to QC this work when not familiar with the system.

Forgot to mention that the chassis AC never worked either (broken hose). Will keep posting on how this turns out......
