New members for Mississippi
Hello - Joined the site a few weeks back in anticipation of buying an RV and now that the purchase has been made decided it was time to stop lurking!
We are Jeff & Christy and along with our 4-legged family member Athena are looking forward to learning about & enjoying RVing as part-timers. We bought my brother & his wife's '98 Monaco Dynasty over the weekend in Huntsville, AL. They helped us setup in Monte Sano SP and we got to spend a couple of nights learning about our new home on wheels while they were nearby to answer questions or come to the rescue if needed. It was a great weekend - though a bit on the cold side.
Made the 400 mile drive home without incident though coming down city streets after dark towing a car dolly was probably not the brightest idea.
Cheers,
Jeff & Christy

Had to google PDI - pre-delivery inspection! Yep it really was a great suggestion. Got to see all the systems during setup and decamp phases. Not that I will possibly remember it all but it was far better than being handed the keys. Thanks Big Bro!
Cheers,
Jeff
