Smile New members from Colorado

Hi all. New members here from Colorado . Have reviewed your site and find it interesting, informative, and very active. Just what were looking for. We am relatively new to the towing scene. My companion and I have a 27.5 foot, 13K Keystone Cougar toy hauler. Have pulled it to SD a couple times, and a couple of small trips here in Colorado and once to Moab, UT. About 5000 miles. We pull with a 2014 Ram 2500 Quad cab 4x4. We haul a Harley Ultra and 2 small Yamaha trail bikes and the "kitchen sink". lol Will be doing some moderate travels this coming summer mainly around CO and SD, Sturgis and such. I am a SD native, Rapid area. One of our big "bucket list" trips will be Alaska next summer. Looking forward to the towing, traveling scene and meeting others on the road and on line, with similar interests. Thanks in advance for your informative posts, comments and suggestions. Keep Smil'in and be safe.

Welcome! DW (dear wife) and I have been doing the RV thing for about 20 years now. This is the only site I still go to because the folks are great and I learn something every time I visit.

We are from Colorado also. The western side (Cedaredge). We are 1/2 time with about 5 months in AZ and a month or so elsewhere.

Safe travels.

Hi Dick. Thanks for the welcome. We live just out of Grand Junction (Whitewater). We also will be 1/2 timers as companion doesn't like to travel in snow. We will make the most of the summer months though. We just plan on going and stopping whenever/ where ever. Very casual. Want to see where we've been. lol Looking forward to the scenery and meeting other like minded folks along the way. Let summer begin. Again, Thanks for the welcome. Doug and Ann

Welcome, Doug and Ann!

We are not too far from you, just go E on Hwy 50 to Salida. We are currently looking at property in the Montrose area. It really is a small, small world.
