Hi all! Total newbies to RVing, so lots to learn. Bought a 1995 Thor Residency M3600. A lot of things we need to figure out about it, so stand by for lots of questions.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forums. Wife and I just left Kennewick Wa a few days ago where we spent the holidays with our daughter and grandchildren. We are headed to Florida but got snowed in at the Wyoming border.

Wyoming is reminding you why you are headed to Florida . . .

Should have stayed at the border. It got worse at Elk Mountain. Snowed in at Laramie. Back on the road with high winds. A wind gust ripped my awning off the motor home!

We're in almost the diagonal opposite corner of WA (Anacortes). Welcome to the forum. I stayed on even though we've given up the RV life.

Our final trip in 2103 we were paying $4.50 a gallon for gas and $30 for State Park overnights on the OR coast. We realised we were digging into our IRAs to fund the life and reluctantly decided to quit.

Took a big hit on the selling price of our RV in a consignment sale - wouldn't advise that method to anyone.
