New MH owner in WA state!
Hi there everyone, I've lurked the site for a month or two as my partner and I shopped around for a new [used] RV. Lots of helpful posts and info on this site, so wanted to join in now that we've made our first purchase 
On Saturday we bought a 1975 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 27.5.' Steel frame on a Dodge 440 engine. We're excited to begin adventures in it and look forward the learning experiences that owning an older rig will undoubtedly bring.
