New National Owners!!

Hello all,

We purchased our very FIRST RV today!! My husband and I are anxiously awaiting our delivery date for the 2000 National Tradewinds we bought and with only just a few weeks of research and thought into this purchase I have already clearly seen the wonderful, supportive community that is RV owners! We are thrilled to join you all and can't wait to learn more about our RV and face the challenges we know are ahead. By the way... we are moving into fulltime rv'ing by the end of the month: with a 3 year old. Any tips or tricks you want to share would be appreciated for life in an RV. Glad to be part of the community now!

Nice to meet you.
First tip on a National Tradewinds
Always lift the front first when leveling your coach.
This will help avoid windshield problems.

Glad to have you here with us. My best idea is to make a check list and follow it all the time.

Good luck with the new Tradewinds.

Happy Trails!!!!

Welcome to the irv2 gang and congrats on your new set of wheels! Good luck as you transition to fulltiming; you'll find plenty of info in these forums on both the RV side and the RV living side of things. Be safe and enjoy!
