New Newmar Ventana Owner from California

My wife and I have been enthusiastic RVers since we first rented one in Alaska in 2002. We returned again in 2003 for a longer trip, then again in 2005 right after we bought our own Airstream Interstate (a class B on a Sprinter chassis). We travel on business and we found using the RV to be much preferred to staying in hotels. In 2007 we bought a Safari Trek (28 foot with a bed that descends from the ceiling). Last year we bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler to tow after having towed a Smart Car for a couple of years. Recently we decided we wanted a larger motorhome, so just traded the Trek in for a 2013 Newmar Ventana 3634. Just like a couple with a new baby, we're quite sure that this is the prettiest motorhome ever made! We're now on our first trip with it and just love it.

After having visited this forum occasionally for years, I decided to join as a member. Hopefully I will be able to find some tips that will be of use, and get an occasional question answered. Perhaps I can even offer some help to others. Over the years we've driven our various motorhomes over 200,000 miles, so we're not exactly newbies.

Bob and Pam
