Just joined today and will probably have lots of questions. Just got back into RVing by purchasing a 2005 Journey 36G with the CAT 350 HP engine. Bought it at auction and will be picking it up 09/13. Stupid to have bought it site unseen but have owned Winnebagos in the past and hoping for the reliability. Last owned a 30 ft. 1988 Super Chief. Purchased it when it was already 12 years old. Other than a tranny going out half way through ownership, no issues. Sold it 3 years ago and now the Diesel pusher.

Hi there Boomer and welcome to the forums!
Congratulations on getting back into an RV.
Purchasing a motorhome on auction, "sight unseen" would definitely be a bit scary but as many can attest to, even a well inspected RV can have issues surface after you get it home. Actually, just read about all the folks who have had serious problems with brand new motorhomes.
Here's hoping your new coach will be in good overall shape and you can be on the road sooner than later.
