I live just South of Houston Texas, am divorced and planning to retire later this year and have just purchased a new 2005 Newmar Kountry Star KS3910 DP. Never RV'd before in my life so I've really made a giant leap and will really be following this and other forums until I get my feet wet. There is a lot of good information on this forum and the folks posting here have a lot to offer.
My hobby is bird photography, some photos posted at (http://photos.yahoo.com/vigibill) and I plan on travling around this great country of ours photographing birds and scenery to my hearts content.

Virgibil, welcome aboard. We used to live between Conroe and Houston. Ran a lot with the Texas Boomers from this site. Look at their activities under South Central Region.

P.S. Loved the monarch butterfly & Mirror, mirror on the wall. Nice pics. Boy, I would love to see those birds too.

Ok Vigibill, I'm kind of jealous. It will be several years before we can retire and go off taking pictures of whatever we like! I'll be looking forward to some photos of your trips. Enjoy, and as all the others have said, this forum is a great place to get help and ideas!
