The only add I would have is a convenient place to connect and disconnect a tow vehicle so, people aren’t blocking any sites or roads. Other than that we agree with the other suggestions

We stayed at a nice park in Maine that had minimal wifi available for free. You could send an email etc, but that was about it. For five dollars a day, you could buy a password which gave you high speed internet. Im sure they had a scaled discount if you were staying longer term. I didn't think this was too bad of an idea. Not everyone wants, or needs high speed wifi. Charging extra is a means of keeping your prices down, but still making the service available to the ones who do want it.

Sad thing is, there are people who would love those ideas.....

A nice dog park as mentioned would be huge. Or build close to one that's already been established, if feasible. Don't try to cram as many rigs as you can in the park, give people some elbow, slide, and awning room...Lol WIFI is always an issue. Unloading and loading area for toads. Don't put a year on rigs that can stay there. Dang, I think I just summarized all the great ideas already mentioned....

4. proper location of power, water, sewer
5. cable tv
6. big rig friendly
7. pool
8. laundry on site

Taking into account the sun issues, it is nice to have a little space between the site. Perhaps orient them so each camper is not looking in their neighbor's window, or place some trees in between sites. These would also offer some relief from the heat.

The absolute most important factor for me is ultra clean fairly modern bathrooms. I also look for Wi-fi and cable, and monthly discounts.

Just shows the diversity of 'wants' from different groups
WIFI is not even a consideration to the group we travel with as we all 'BYOWifi' .
Bath facilities too - never use them...

Picnic tables are rarely used by our group since we all carry our own chairs...

It's not a secret - look at google earth for the popular parks orientation

set up a few double or even triple sites, i.e. so friends coaches can have their awnings together in a common area....

set up utilities in a bordered area with pea gravel so you are not standing in mud from the previous campers stuff...

good luck !

Since we are placing our orders, might as well add this one. If you think the site is going to be rented out to 40 ft plus motorhomes, take one over there, and try to set it up. I couldn't count how many rv parks we went to where the sites were oriented downhill too much. Even dumping the air to get the rear end down had the front end off the ground. This puts the steps on front entry diesel pushers way up in the air. Considering most of this clientele is older folks, this is not desirable to have a 10 or 12 inch step up into the rv. I realize grade has to be maintained for water runoff, but many sites we got must of had differences of 6 to 8 inches. You wouldn't probably notice it on a 26 ft camper with the door in the middle, but with the front entry, it really exaggerates it. Parking the opposite direction is seldom ever an option because it puts your services on the wrong side, as well as your patio. Having long sites heading slightly uphill is more desirable. This lowers the step height at the front of the rv.
