Hello! I live in Missouri, north west of St Louis. My passion is my dogs and I train for obedience trials. I just bought my RV in Oct '10 so I can start traveling to shows. I've been on two trips so far and really enjoy my RV. I bought a '02 Fleetwood Southwind. It is perfect for me and my 4 dogs (1 Border Collie & 3 Papillons).

I joined the iRV2 forums as I am having trouble setting up my Dish Satellite system and I'm trying to figure out if I have to suffer each time I want to manually set up my dish on a tripod or if I would benefit from a automated satellite system that can find the signals much faster and without the frustration!

I am also learning with each trip of items I need to add to my check list (like additional 30 amp extention cords when the elec box is too far away!)

Thanks for allowing me to join and introduce myself.
Kathy

Kathy welcome to the forum. I can't answer your question about your dish setup, since I don't have one, but I do know the auto systems are expensive, but they work great. Good luck and I am sure someone on the forum will be able to give you some advice. Many happy and safe miles.

........Unfortunately I won't be much help with the satellite question either, but I can welcome you to a great site. You will gain a lot of information on here as well as sharing your stories. Good luck and travel safe.
