New- Texas

Hello everyone,
I'm happy to be a part of this forum. My username was supposed to be offroaderswife but it looks like it might have been too long, so offroaderswi it is

My husband and I have camped and 4 wheeled our whole lives, but we just ordered our first toy hauler back in March. We ordered from Dune Sport in Mesa AZ. I am a T-10 paraplegic who uses a wheelchair 100% of the time. Dune Sport is the only company we could find to make a custom toy hauler that was wheelchair accessible. We should be getting our Toy Hauler at the end of July (big back order). We're very excited and wanted to join the forum so we can be up to speed and have our basis covered before we get our TH.

We got a 28ft Dune Sport Fire Storm Toy Hauler with every upgrade we could get. Ceiling fan, AC, and generator ect are all on remote control and the switches are lowered for me to access them in case my husband is not around. We ordered a huge bathroom with roll in shower and plenty of space to turn my chair around. Lots of little extras that we are sure to enjoy for many years.

Our "toy" is a beefed up 2013 Yamaha Rhino, and we will also be using the Toy Hauler to pull our 2005 Honda Goldwing with matching enclosed motorcycle trailer. Obviously the trailer is used to pull my wheelchair on motorcycle rides. We're very much looking forward to the future trips with our Toy Hauler.

We will be pulling our TH with a 2006 Ford F250.

I'm looking forward to learning from your forum and meeting people with similar outdoor and camping interest. We typically travel and "play" in the Utah, Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas areas but are looking forward to Colorado, specifically Taylor Park in 2015. Moab Utah will be our big trip this October. Look forward to learning more from you guys!
