New to all this

My name is Terri and my partner (Shawn) and I decided we want to live off grid and travel the country. Living hand to mouth, we have to be creative in our renovation of a 1975 Coachmen Cadet 19.5'. Bought because the price was right, we are completely remodeling the interior, after rebuilding from the trailer up. Unfortunately due to landlord restrictions, we have to rebuild from the interior outward. Makes for some interesting and slow progress.
Also not a pro at using forums and using an ancient Macbook causing slow reading of forums for advice.
This is definitely going to be a learning adventure, but I have faith in our abilities and just keep focusing on the prize! Looking forward to connecting with you all.

Welcome to the Forum!

Go under the "Forum's" tab to "Vintage RV's" Look up a thread called "Total Rebuild".

I think it will give you a lot of ideas with your rebuild. It is a long thread but worth the time.

Good luck, LB

Hi Beamis - yes - I began reading his build a couple months ago. Got pulled away around post 460, and his build was in a hiatus anyway. I need to go back there.
