Getting back into the "RV Lifestyle" after losing my beloved Georgie Boy motorhome to a refrigerator fire this spring. Replaced it with a Rockwood Surveyor 235rks trailer that I just got last week. Have only driveway camped so far but looking to go out in a couple of weeks. It has been years since I had a trailer but have been RVing since 1994. Lived pretty much fulltime for about 10 years in a variety of RV's even though I had a home for most of the time to return to. I think my family will like this trailer and looking forward to using it a lot.

edngilley,
Sorry about the loss of your Georgie Boy... 'certainly fortunate that you guys apparently were not hurt in the fire... a counting of blessings is perhaps in order here. And finally... Congrats! on your new TT... you sound very happy with it.

With your years of experience in the different types, you will be a great source of information for persons who are on the fence between Class A~TT and in between.
Happy travels,
Jim

Good Man

Thanks for the encouragement. Yeah, I have had a number of RV's and all of them have been great in their own way and frustrating in others. One of the universal things is that they all seem to have disappointingly bad quality control in surprising ways. There is so much potential to do better with little extra cost. It seems that construction quality is lacking while engineering seems pretty innovative at times. Maybe this economy will wash out the worst.
