New to iRV2
Hi Folks, New here but not to RV íng. Been out of it for a while but We're back now. Sold our 5th wheel a few years ago and have been care givers for five years. That's over now and we are ready to hit the road in our new to us Newmar Kountry Star diesel pusher.
Only one little hang up, I found out the week after we bought it that I've got to have 2 bypasses and a valve replacement, so it going to be a couple of months before we hit the road. So we're looking at the first of September now, but maybe it'll be a little cooler.
Just glad to be here,
Bill

Welcome to the gang, Bill, and congrats on your Newmar! You came to the right place to connect with some great folks; they've been a big help to us as we researched a wide range of topics. If you haven't found it already, check out the Owners Forums and then the Newmar group under that.
Good luck with your medical procedures and happy and safe travels to you in the future!

Thanks to you all for the kind words and welcome. I'm going to get some photos of the beginning of the new home for the Newmar DP.
Got the posts all set today and forming up for concrete tomorrow. It's gonna be 24X48X16H. 6x6 treated posts, 6"slab with wire reinforcing and footings with reinforcing along the wheel track locations. 14X14 roll up door. Hoping for it to be done by the time I get home from The heart surgery.
Again, many thanks,
Bill
