New to iRV2 from Wisconsin
Hello Everyone!!!
We dont own anything yet. Just starting to do some research to see if it's 1. something we can afford and 2. something we are going to enjoy. I'm 51 and will retire from State Service (Dept. Of Corrections, 22 years so far) in roughly 18 months. Right now, the plan is to hit the road and see the sights. My wife (5 years younger) would also like to pick up some work here and there. We've never owned an RV of any sort but we've done our share of camping and have only an idea of what the lifestyle may be like. One of our hobbies is riding our harley davidson street glide, so my first challenge is trying to figure out how we are going to bring that along with us. Looking forward to learning as much as possible from this forum and/or at least making a few possible friendships.
Thank you

Welcome. YOu are joining a good group of folks here with lots of info to share.
You might want to rent an RV (different models) for a couple of weekends to see if you might enjoy it. If so then proceed on...
Good luck and enjoy the adventure.

You've come to the right place. There are many RVers in here that would welcome the chance to help you along the way. Just start browsing the forums and asking questions. Depending on the RV you're looking for, taking a Harley with you may be very easy.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
You better get out there and get busy! You've got a lot of tire kicking to do!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome to IRV2. Check out RV.org. They rate RVs and have information on the selection and the dealing process.
